Spiritual energy is a vague term that could be interpreted differently in different parts of the world.

For some parts of the world, spiritual energies only have a negative context to it.

In other parts of the world, spiritual energies are invited to the home, to bless the home, as well as the family.

Generally, the energy is viewed as a life force existing in all living and non-living beings.

The manifestation of spiritual energies could differ across religions.

Dating back during before and after B.C., they would call on spiritual energies of warriors to help them during battle.

Calling on other spirits to help with the healing of the sick has always been a common practice.  

The deities with the spiritual energy depended on the love emanating from the individual.

Several religions across the world such as Hinduism define spiritual energy in their own unique way.

These definitions would be deferent from the rest of the world.

Spiritual Energy Availability

Spiritual energy is renewable, infinite and always available.

Food is not a requirement or any other replenishment source is needed to generate the energy.

During the days when I participated in Ayahuasca, some individuals who participated in Ayahuasca as well would isolate themselves in the mountains for several days before and after the ceremony. 

They remained in the mountain without food or water for the days they.

This allows them to be more connected to a source of divine energy.

The point for this practice was to maneuver and control the etheric energy.

One of the secrets is to not allow thoughts and moods significantly impact your spiritual energy levels.

Training to vibrant in a way that only spiritual energies with love to be part of their journey is advised.

At times, energy can be blocked. Focusing on the higher vibrations emanating your being is key.

If you have read this far, the lack of food has little to no impact on the spirit and the energy you emanated.

Transformations Achieved Via Transcendent  Energy

There are several ways spiritual energy can change a person.

The transformation usually is in the form of enlightenment and multiple forms of mind, soul and body healing.

Attaining enlightenment is prevalent in several religions where the goal is to transform via spiritual energy.

Most cultures and religions have a practice or conduct a ceremony that delivers healing via spiritual energy attainment.

Any spiritual healing without any ceremonies, rituals, or energy transference through another individual is called healing of faith.

In faith healing, spiritual energy is directly transferred to a person through an individual’s own divine faith for mental, emotional or physical healing.

Several Christians believe in such spiritual energy where the healing is primarily based on an individual’s earnest prayer and faith.

This type of belief will not allow the complete flow of healing.

Depending on how “good of a Christian” each individual feels, will determine the effectiveness of the healing through spiritual energy.

Tapping into Higher Energy

Almost any individual can tap into spiritual energy.

Tapping into positive spiritual energies will allow you to benefit from the source; pure love.

Both the heart and willingness to receive energy, without attempting any control measures are required.

We all are naturals at tapping into the heart.

However, quite a few would find themselves hard-pressed and clueless, like I was.

Allowing is the key.

Patience and perseverance would help achieve the objective in working with divine spiritual energy.
